I just got my Fiat 500e ICON, and I’m loving it! It’s such a fun car to drive, but I’ve come across a couple of things I can’t quite figure out and could use your help.
First off, I found this small, rectangular black object with a slot on one end in the glovebox. I have no idea what it’s for, maybe it’s something important, or just a random accessory?
Also, I noticed there are no floor mats included in my car. Is that normal for the ICON trim, or did the dealer forget to include them? It seems a bit odd to me.
Lastly, I was told the wearable pebble key wasn’t included due to “stock issues.” That feels strange, like being handed a car without a mirror because they ran out. Should I follow up with the dealer, or is this a common issue?

As for the floor mats, it might depend on the trim, but definitely check with the dealer to see if they forgot them. And the wearable pebble key? Not exactly a common "out of stock" issue, so yeah, a quick follow-up with the dealer might be in order!
