Can I Add Wireless Charging to My Fiat?

Hey peeps,

Quick question for ya: is it even doable to throw some wireless charging in my car, like right on that shelf under the Uconnect screen? Has anyone tried this mod or know if it can be done? Let me know!

Yep, I think adding wireless charging to your car is super doable! Youll just need a wireless charging pad and a way to power it up, usually by hooking it up to the car’s USB or power outlet...Just double-check that the pad fits nicely and doesn’t mess with anything else already in there.

I’ve had good luck with the Anker and Spigen wireless charging pads. They’re both reliable and have a nice grip.

It's definitely something some people might have tried but isn;t it tricky?

You'd need to find a wireless charging pad that fits the space and figure out how to wire it in, probably tapping into a power source nearby as well. The biggest challenge might be getting enough power to the pad for decent charging speeds. Check online if anyone's documented a similar project. Hopefully someone here does. There might even be aftermarket kits available too. If you're not comfortable with car wiring, it's probably best to consult a professional installer.
