Can't adjust displays 100%

I used to be able to adjust the right, center, and left displays in the instrument cluster, but now I can only change the center and left, with the right staying on km/h. Is this a result of a software update, or is there another reason for the change?

Yes, that could be a software thing. I’ve seen other people saying they can't change that bottom left item (km/h).

You might wanna give the settings another look to see if anything’s changed or if there’s a shiny new option for the right display. These updates often sneak in little tweaks that aren’t super obvious at first.
