I'm new to this forum so hoping someone can point me in the right direction.

Just bought a 2014 model for a friend. Car seems okay, but the odometer's flashing and today it died while driving (showing 93% charge!). Got an OBD scanner and did a proxy alignment (reported successful), but not sure if it actually worked - maybe I messed something up with the key position? Also, the humidity sensor's unplugged (replaced the 12v battery). Any ideas what might be causing these issues?

Welcome to the forum!

Try disconnecting the negative terminal. Then, disconnect the HV terminal and wait at least 10 minutes. Reconnect the HV terminal first. Then, reconnect the negative terminal. Connect your OBD-II scanner to the car's diagnostic port. Use the scanner to clear any trouble codes stored in the various modules. Focus on these modules (BCPM, OBC, EVCU, and PIM), and use your AlfaOBD scanner to perform a system status scan on those modules.

Lastly, try doing another proxy alignment procedure using your AlfaOBD scanner.

You already used an OBD scanner and it still shows the same results? did you make sure that there are no wirings out of place? i think its time to let the professionals handle this. it might get more expensive if things got out of hand.
