After recent updates our 500e won't charge at home anymore

Hi everyone,

After recent updates on our 500e, we can’t charge it at home anymore. Charging starts but stops after 10 seconds with the "Please check charging system" message. The dealer blames our wallbox, but it worked fine before the updates, still charges at the dealer’s, and a Mercedes hybrid charges fine on ours. Another 500e with the same updates had the same issue. Could the car be more sensitive to voltage changes now? Any ideas or similar experiences?

I know that scheduled charging no longer works as expected. It is possible that the update made the car more sensitive to voltage fluctuations. Have you tried a different home charger or checked for any firmware settings related to charging?
