Can't add Uconnect profiles

My son's had his new Fiat 500e for just a couple of weeks, and so far, so good except for the flat tire (unbelievable luck, right?). We're totally stumped by the Uconnect system, though. It has this "all profiles" page that makes it sound like you can set up different driver profiles, but we can't figure out how to actually create them. Are we missing something obvious? Is there some hidden menu or button we need to press?

I could help you, but I don't have the Uconnect manual. But if you have it, you can get through it and there is a separate section about all profiles.

Have you double-checked if it's got the latest software update?
