My friend just opened an EV shop near our area and during my free time, I usually go there and help him diagnose any car issues. To cut the story short, a customer brought in a 2017 500e that wasn't starting or charging. The battery showed 0% even though it was almost full the day before. The customer tried to fix it themselves, but they couldn't. We checked the car and found a loose wire. We fixed it, and the car worked for a while, but then it broke again. I checked the car again and found a problem with the battery control module. I tried to fix it, but I couldn't. I think the battery control module might be broken. I'm trying to figure out what's wrong with the car, and I'm not sure what it is.
I tried scanning the codes and saw these errors pop up:
P1E25 - "Hybrid/EV Battery Failure Level 2"
P0A1F - "Battery Energy Control Module Internal Performance"
B23B0 - "BCPM Fault"
Anyone here could help us?
