Fiat 500e App Activation Issues

Hello. I'm having some trouble geting my new Fiat 500e setup on the Fiat app. It just shows a health report and doesn;t give me any battery stats or remote control options. I've tried entering my info, but I keep getting an error message.

Does anyone know if I need to activate Uconnect from the car’s radio, or is there a specific process to get the app working right? Also, do I need a subscription for the remote features, or is that just part of the deal?

Try activating Uconnect from your car's settings, as it's needed for app features. A subscription might be required for remote options.

I think the dealer didn't set things up correctly. Try to contact them.
