Small rectangle wearable key isn’t being detected

My 2021 Fiat 500e small rectangle wearable key isn’t being detected. Any suggestions on how to resolve this?

Did it happen suddenly? If so, then it might be the battery (which you can't replace). I know these keys fail after about two years of use. Hopefully, you have it under warranty. If not, then you have to contact your dealership and talk about a replacement.

It happened suddenly. I was hoping it wasn’t something like the battery but it sounds like that could be the issue. Good thing I do have it under warranty, so I’ll reach out to the dealership about a replacement. Appreciate very much the advice
