Wallbox Charging Speed Limited

I recently got my 500e Prima, which came with the Easy Wallbox. Following the instructions, I had an electrician wire it directly to the fuse box instead of the main electric box outside, which would’ve required the electricity supplier to come out and make adjustments.

The issue is, when I try to use the My Easy Wallbox app, I can’t seem to adjust the charge rate to anything higher than 2kW. The instructions mention that it should be possible to increase this without needing a DPM fitted, but the option just doesn’t seem available.

Anyone experienced this or know if there’s something else I need to enable the higher charge rate? I’m a bit stumped here, and any tips would be really appreciated!

Something's wrong with your Wallbox. It should be charging your 500e faster than 2kW. Check the circuit breaker and the Wallbox settings. If that doesn't work, contact Wallbox support.
