Hey folks,

I made some changes to my 500e, and since then the RBS and ESC warning light have come on...okay for more context, I recently added underglow lights and replaced the battery with a LiFePO, now I'm not sure if the warnings are related to the modifications or if there's another issue at play. I've checked the connections and ensured everything is secure, but the lights are still on. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to reset these lights or troubleshoot the problem?

Boy am I glad I know a thing or two about repairs, so you can try this, keep your 500e unplugged until the warning lights are resolved. If that doesn’t fix the issue, you can try performing 10 key cycles by turning the ignition to "ready" for 10 seconds, then off for 2 minutes, and repeat this 10 times.

Alternatively, you can disconnect the 12V battery's negative terminal for 5 minutes to reset the system. These steps may help clear the RBS and ESC warning lights after your modifications. Let me know if any of these works
