2017 Fiat 500e App Connectivity Issue

I’m struggling to get my wife’s 2017 Fiat 500e linked up to the app. I found the Connectivity ID in the car’s menu, but it’s just three letters - totally different from the usual code with numbers. When I try to register on fiataccess.com with those letters, the VIN, and her email, it’s a no-go. Any thoughts on what’s up or how I can get this sorted?
 
I would contact the customer support and give them the ID, VIN, and email.
Until then, try restarting the car and see what happens.
Also, delete the cache memory of the app and restart it, too.

The connectivity ID is usually a mix of letters and numbers, I think you should double check your car's menu settings. If you’ve confirmed the ID and it's still only letters, it’s possible that there’s an issue, and you should contact support.
