Thanks a bunch for sharing these @cholopapi ! They’re gonna be a lifesaver since I’m about to snag an OBD reader soon. Can’t wait to put this info to good use!

Hello folks. Need help.

I'm trying to troubleshoot my setup here. I can totally connect the OBD and check the SOH with AlfaOBD program without any trouble, but when I plug in this yellow adapter to grab data from other modules, like the body computer, things go sideways and I hit an error. Any ideas on what might be messing things up?

Man, some adapters can be total flops! But I gotta say, the OBDLink dongles has proven to be the most dependable option for all sorts of tasks. After wrestling with those cheap ELM327 models that just couldn’t cut it, I finally used OBDLink for my electronic brake calibration, and it was smooth sailing!

Do you have the free or paid version of the software? Just curious what you're working with!

Thanks cholopapi - I’m just trying to set up AlfaOBD for the first time for my 2017 500e, using a PC. A higher res set of images would help, or perhaps a link, as the images are barely legible.
