Display console is blank on my Fiat 500e

Last night, I was moving my 500e out of the garage for a wash when the display went blank! There are no lights, nothing. I tried restarting it but had no luck. Has anyone else experienced this with their 500e?

With the car on, press and hold down the volume button between the front seats, for about 10 seconds.

@DrEvil did this work out for you? I've tried doing it but it didn't do anything. I'm on the verge of calling the local dealership just to get this serviced and it's becoming a real pain in the ass. I have very high expectations for the Fiat 500e and bit by bit they're just losing my trust.

@Mjay didnt it work for you, i had the same problem but after that restart it worked quite fine.
