Hi all, I'm having a bit of a struggle getting to the HV fuse in my Fiat 500e because the rear seat is being super stubborn. I’ve tried yanking on the strap, but it only pops up in the middle and on the driver’s side. The passenger side is totally stuck. Any tricks up your sleeves to help me free that seat so I can get to the fuse?

Hi! It is not such a problem, so don't worry.
First, check if there are any bolts under the seat, or on the edges. You might need to remove those.
See if the latch mechanism is fully out. If the seat is popping up only partially, put some pressure, but make sure it is even on the entire seat. This should help you to release the clips. Also, be aware that you might need to push down slightly or pull up at the same time.
Use a plastic trim removal tool (so you don't damage the interior). Also, watch out for wires and electrical connectors...
If the latch mechanism is stuck or stiff, put some WD-40.
I hope it helps (try to throw an eye on the owner's manual, too).

Ah, the classic "stubborn rear seat" battle! Have you tried sweet-talking it? Sometimes a little charm works better than brute force. If all else fails, maybe a bribe with some snacks could do the trick! :ROFLMAO:
