Help me troubleshoot :(

After my car underwent repairs following my brother's accident, I noticed that my key fob no longer locks the doors. Despite replacing the key fob’s battery, the issue still persists. Any advice on resolving this?

Before anything else, try scanning the codes of the BCM or check your fuses. Maybe there’s a problem with those. If not, it might be best to take it to the shop where you had it repaired.

Hey, did you fix this problem? I'm dealing with the same thing. It seems like some people are having trouble with the Fiat 500e’s locking mechanism. I'm looking for a solution that works and doesn't cost too much. If you guys have any tips or suggestions, please share them. I've heard that it could be a faulty actuator, a broken cable, or a frozen lock. I don't want to take it to the dealer and pay a lot of money for something that might be simple to fix.

Apologies for the delayed response. The wiring harness was the issue and it had to be replaced. Everything's back to normal now
