I need experts, please!
I had to replace my 12V battery because it was reading 10V. I think it happened because I haven't been using the car for like 2 months. The problem is the car's battery pack still doesn't charge.
So I went to the dealership and he suggested a new battery pack or selling the car for parts, but he wanted almost $500 for a diagnosis. I also had to spend money to bring the car to the dealership. It is already frustrating.
Anyway, the car's dashboard shows left and right charging lights flashing and displays a message: Service Electric Vehicle System.
I used the OBD2 and got some errors related to battery packs and EV control. Three battery packs show no charge.
What should I do next? Thanks in advance.
