Flat and no spare tire. What to do?

Bummer, after a month of smooth driving my Fiat, I got a flat! Heard a thump-thump-thump and found a nail in my driver's side front tire. Usually, I'd just throw on the spare, but wouldn't you know it, no spare and no jack! Just that tire sealant stuff. I managed to get home, thankfully, but now I'm at a loss. Should I call roadside assistance and have them tow it? What's the smartest move here?
 
I would call roadside. It can take them a while to get to you, but from what I've been told (by mechanics and tire guys) the goop in the instant inflate tire products is hard to work with.

Have you considered how long you’d be without your car if you call roadside assistance, or would it be quicker to try using the sealant to get to a repair shop?
