Hi! I am new to the forum. I am glad to be here. Is anyone here using the MyEasyCharge app and could help me with setting it up? I don't even know too many details about it. Thank you.

Make sure your charging card (if you have one) is linked in the app settings, and if it’s not working, try logging out and back in. Also, some users have had issues with charging session delays, so it helps to start the charge via the app instead of the charger screen.

I wouldn't recommend it. I tried the free trial because I didn't see what you got out of it, and I still don't. Basically, you pay to charge at the same price as everyone else.

Right? It’s like you're shelling out for a subscription, but still paying the same as someone who doesn’t have one. No extra perks for the extra cash—super frustrating!
